- 1 . Armish Testing:In this easy-to-follow tutorial, we start by browning tender chicken breasts to perfection, giving them a beautiful golden crust and keeping the inside tender and juicy. This is achieved with high heat, a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper, ensuring the chicken is just right for the final step of our culinary journey.But this is where the magic happens: we introduce sliced onions, aromatic minced garlic and two fragrant sprigs of fresh rosemary, infusing the dish with layers of flavour.Next, we pour in a glass of white wine, followed by a splash of water and two generous spoonfuls of brown sugar. Let it simmer for 15 minutes until that glorious caramelisation takes place.And the grand finale? A spoonful of butter to give the sauce a delicious sheen and an irresistibly rich flavour.

2 chicken breasts. Best with the skin on
Olive oil
1 onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, depending on size
A bunch of fresh parsley
1 glass of white wine
1 glass of water
40 g butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
